Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Coordinator to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe, nurturing environment for their development as well as for building a team and managing nannies. This position is primarily performed in the office and overseeing the field work of our nannies. There are some field activities performed in the homes of families, such as meeting with potential client families, introducing nannies and performing visits to the homes of current clients. Office work will consist of approximately 85% of the position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage currently working team of nannies
- Collaborate with current families and oversee care through calls, visits and care plan development
- Work with interested families to onboard new clients
- Identify nanny candidates for families and shifts
- Navigate nanny placement with a family
- Oversee nanny and client schedules
- On Call Rotation
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare or daycare settings is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood principles
- Familiarity with childhood development stages
- Office experience preferred
- College Degree
