OLIVER North America is Hiring an Account Coordinator Near Kitchener,

About the role: 

OLIVER’s Account Coordinator plays an important role in the running of our on-site creative studio. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is excited to kick off their career in an agency and is hungry to learn and develop in an account management function. This team delivers an exceptional level of client service and leads growth across Business Units as required on a large financial piece of business. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Oversee small projects coming in and out of the production studio with oversight from Account team
  • Enter jobs in Project Workflow Technology
  • Be part of liaising with the studio to keep projects moving
  • Build estimates and timelines for the creative studio
  • Help manage status reports and client status meetings
  • Take client notes and share among team, setting follow up actions as needed
  • Tracking time on projects through our time and entry system
  • Set up meetings/calls, include the appropriate team members
  • Provide accurate agendas and detailed notes & actionable next steps
  • Able to take direction and be a self-starter
  • Collaborate with remote teams to obtain assets and product information
  • Assist on other projects as needed

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Ability to facilitate admin tasks at pace with an eye for detail
  • Basic experience working either client or agency side or a relevant marketing degree
  • Hunger to learn and develop your career in an account management arena
  • Great communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Competent in presenting and communicating both with the internal teams and with external ones
