Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Waterjet Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with precision measuring instruments and possess strong mechanical knowledge. As a CNC Waterjet Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines to fabricate parts according to specifications.

Duties:

- Set up and operate CNC Flow waterjet machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.

- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of parts produced

- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment

- Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments

- Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) for interpreting engineering drawings

- Use hand tools, crane, and other equipment as needed for the job

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a CNC Waterjet Operator or similar role

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of tooling

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers

- Knowledge of GD&T principles

- Ability to use hand tools safely
