**Position Overview:**
OBC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Ideal candidates are recent graduates or have 1-2 years of experience. This role offers an opportunity for hands-on experience and professional growth in a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct assessment and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement ABA interventions and monitor progress
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment adjustments
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities
**Qualifications:**
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
