Part Time 20 hours per week

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Cleans all pots, pans, dishes, flatware and inserts.
• Returns all cleaned items to their proper storage areas.
• Cleans and sanitizes food carts.
• Breaks down boxes for recycling and removes all garbage to dumpster area.
• Mops floors in kitchen and café as scheduled.
• Follows established safety regulations at all times and reports any unsafe conditions to
supervisors. Follows clean as you go policy.
• Understands uses of chemicals and cleaning agents.
• Performs weekly cleaning schedule.
• All other duties as assigned.
