The Brunch Bar is Hiring a Bartender Near Rochester, MI

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of bar supplies

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and garnishments
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of the food industry and ability to make recommendations on food pairings
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 25 pounds)
- Must be at least 21 years old
