Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a welcoming environment for our guests, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to mix and serve drinks efficiently and responsibly. As a Bartender at our facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including non-alcoholic options for younger guests and designated drivers.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Engage with families and create a positive atmosphere.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for special events and busy weekends.
• Monitor inventory and replenish stock as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service during peak hours

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong knowledge of drink mixing and serving.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., SERVSAFE) preferred but we will pay to get you certified.
