Are you interested in making a difference in the lives of children and families? Join Olive Crest as a Child and Family Specialist! The Child and Family Specialist functions as a member of an assigned team and provides direct service to children and families in a home-based setting. The positions works independently in the family's home and in a variety of community settings. As a Child and Family Specialist you will be working with clients ranging from 0-21 years old that are a part of our Wraparound or School-Based program.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- Experience working in child protective services or child welfare
- Strong background in working with children and families
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Ability to effectively manage crisis situations and conflicts
- Knowledge of childcare practices and behavioral health
- Certification in crisis intervention is a plus

This position requires a candidate with a combination of core skills in child welfare and social work, premium skills in motivational interviewing and crisis intervention, as well as relevant skills in childcare and behavioral health. A strong educational background and experience in working with children and families are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
