Responsibilities:

• Excellent written/verbal communication, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Critical Thinking Skills.
• Provide appropriate hospice nursing care.
• Establish and update care plans.
• Communicate any changes with the care team.
• Maintain accuracy of EMR and timely submit patient documentation.
• Provide nursing expertise and emotional support to patients and their family members.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• 2 yrs. hospice experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Positive, professional, friendly attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
