The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing services that include assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating, and patient/family education.Diagnose and Treat acute and chronic Illness. Perform age-appropriate history and physical exams. Order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient’s age-specific needs Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments to patient’s age specific need. Monitor the effectiveness of treatments. Provide education of acute and chronic medical conditions Manage Chronic Medical Conditions. Facilitate appointments to specialist.
