Job Description

OleOle is looking for exceptional people who would like to be part of a great team building cutting-edge technology. AL, ML, Blockchain, Crypto, Fintech, if you love football even better. Startup experience a plus, coding even bigger plus.

Longer-Term for those who make the cut

What variables are meaningful for studying the performance of our personalization algorithms? How do we build the best translation product in the world using AI? How can we build the best rewards platform in the world? How do we revolutionize gambling, gaming, and sports?

OleOle has several partnerships and in the final negotiation stage with several others. We will build a network platform similar to WeChat in China for soccer. What does a user’s visit behavior tell us about their engagement? How many users registered, how many times do they visit the network each month, how many of those friends join the platform, how long before they joined, how often do they visit the platform how many friends did they invite how long did it take for those friends to register. UXUI will drive the user experience, OleOle is building a product with similar characteristics to Twitter,TikTok, Telegram, The Score sports app, WeChat Mini Programs, PayTM payment app, and Discover loyalty model.

The candidate's initial role will be designing beautiful products and features. Every detail matters identifying network effects and viral growth opportunities, push notifications, and internal messaging are as much a part of the user experience as short-term video or chat..

Responsibilities:

- Network Effects

- Leverage data mining and machine learning approaches to model and predict end user behavior.

- Mine and analyze data, applying statistical methods as necessary, pertaining to customers’ discovery and viewing experiences to identify critical product insights.

- Proactively develop new metrics and studies to quantify the value of different aspects of product personalization, and set up ongoing reports to continually measure their performance.

- Translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.

- Drive efforts to enable product and engineering leaders to share your knowledge and insights through clear and concise communication, education, and data visualization.

Qualifications

To be an exceptional UX/UI intern with coding skills and startup experience, you should possess a combination of qualifications and qualities. Here are some key requirements:

  1. Educational Background:

    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related area is often required. Some candidates may have pursued advanced degrees (e.g., master's or certifications) for added expertise.
  2. UX/UI Design Skills:

    • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
    • An understanding of design principles, user-centered design (UCD), and information architecture.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing your design projects, demonstrating creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  3. Coding Skills:

    • Familiarity with front-end development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
    • Knowledge of coding frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) can be a significant advantage, especially for prototyping.
  4. Startup Experience:

    • Previous internship or work experience in a startup environment can be valuable. It demonstrates adaptability, a fast-paced work ethic, and the ability to wear multiple hats.
    • Experience working on cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers, product managers, and marketers.
  5. User Research and Testing:

    • Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
    • The ability to gather and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
