As an OLED Product Builder & Engineer, you will be responsible for developing the technology necessary to improve lighting and/or microdisplay performance and manufacturability. At first you will focus on product development, and then will work to transfer the product, along with the required processes, to production to obtain the same performance at high yield. You also may complete special assignments as shared by the Director, R&D.

You bring a graduate level degree in microelectronic engineering or related field of study, or advanced years of experience in OLED or similar technology. You have hands-on working experience in a fabrication type environment, bring organic and inorganic materials knowledge, and strong experimental and statistical data analysis skills. You must have the ability to manage large experimental datasets and extract relevant data and be able to communicate information well with various members of the team. You are comfortable working independently as well as coordinating with others and your ability to problem solve is a must. You can adapt within a changing and growing company environment and seek out solutions with a positive outlook. You have demonstrated the delivery of great internal customer service in previous employment and understand the importance of the same at OLEDWorks.
