Position Objective:

The Data Integration Specialist at Ole is pivotal in ensuring seamless data flow and integration across various systems and platforms. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing data integration processes that support business operations, decision-making, and strategy. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between different data sources and business needs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Integration Design and Implementation: Develop and maintain robust data integration solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring seamless data flow between internal and external systems.
• Data Quality Management: Oversee the integrity and quality of integrated data through rigorous validation processes, data cleaning, and error resolution techniques.
• Collaboration with IT and Business Units: Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand data needs, system requirements, and operational challenges, providing expert advice on data integration strategies.
• Custom Integration Solutions: Create custom scripts and tools to automate data integration tasks, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual efforts.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed documentation of data integration processes, configurations, and mappings. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in data integration, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data integration tools and platforms (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS), programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python), and database management systems (Snowflake, SQL Management, Oracle).
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze system requirements and data flow processes, with a keen eye for optimizing performance and scalability.
