We’re looking to add a key FULL TIME member to our team. The ideal candidate wants to be an instrumental part of the growth and success of our thriving reclaimed granite supply company.

• YOU WILL BE
  • Responsible for the day to day operational functions: order management, in house fabrication of orders, coordinate incoming and outgoing loads.
  • The lead in coordinating the efforts of our sales team, yard team, fabrication team
  • Assist sales team when necessary – greeting customers and prepare sales orders
  • Manage order processing through selection/pulling order, fabrication and loading while maintaining our high standard of quality control and safety
  • Prioritize orders and yard/fabrication logistics through a constantly evolving environment
  • Maintain/improve relationships and our reputation with customers
  • Improve efficiencies and workflows
  • Foster clear communication
  • Interface with all departments daily/weekly to ensure tasks are accomplished and objectives are met
  • Demonstrate leadership, big picture thinking, accountability, time management and problem solving skills

• YOU MUST BE
  • Personable, Responsible, Dependable
  • A proactive self-starter with solid organization and time management skills
  • Able to appreciate both the tactical (detail) and strategic (big picture) aspects of the business, an adept multi-tasker and a natural problem solver
  • In good physical shape

• YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Solid “operations and management” experience
  • Some field/contracting/installation experience – Experience in landscaping/hardscaping a plus
  • Hoisting and CDL license a plus

• YOU MUST BE WILLING TO

  • Work in the elements when necessary
  • Embrace the small business culture where everyone pitches in when necessary

This key position will report directly to CEO and COO. Compensation based upon skills/experience.
