Here's What You'll Get To Do:

The job of the Extrusion Saw Operator is to make sure they are cutting the correct length per the print of the profile. Make the lead person if the extrusion is not meeting the quality and qualifications of what is ordered. Responsible for making sure that the material suffers as little damage as possible. There is record keeping to be kept and recorded on press cards. Operate within established set-up times, cycle times, feed rates and speeds.

What We're Looking for:

• Ability to work and yield standardized output with minimum supervision
• Detail Oriented
• Computer skills
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
• Strong math skills
• Ability to use various measuring devices such as dial calipers, tape measure skillfully
• Versatile to various duties, adaptable to change, creative with problem solving, responsible for quality & output, and dependable team player
• Batch metal in a timely and correct manner

• Verify material against print

• Verify length and piece count against schedule

• Provide a Weight per Foot sample of each Die/Copy for lead out person

• Other duties as assigned
