Position: Store Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and assistance to customers on hydroponic systems, organic gardening techniques, and plant care.
• Utilize your retail experience to assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, upsell complementary items, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to customer needs, answering questions, and providing solutions to gardening challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, organizing inventory, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
• Demonstrate technical aptitude by familiarizing yourself with our product range, including grow lights, irrigation systems, nutrients, and pest control solutions.
• Share your passion for gardening with customers and colleagues, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere in the store.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of hydroponics and organic gardening practices.
• Expertise in plant care.
• Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Passion for gardening and sustainable living.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
