The Assistant Innkeepers at The Old Stagecoach Inn ensure guests and patrons have a fantastic experience through their positive, customer-focused mentality. Essential Functions

• Respond to guest requests, questions, and issues with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Assist in breakfast service, to include cooking, setting up and restocking buffet, taking and expediting orders, bussing tables, washing dishes, and more. We rotate assignments throughout the week but are prepared to step in and help where needed on any given day.
• Clean guest rooms and common areas.
• Wash, fold, and shelve laundry.
• Answer phones and enter reservations into our property management system.
• Check guests in and out and process payments.
• Assist with other daily tasks including, but not limited to, making cookies, sweeping the porch, taking out trash and recycling, watering flower boxes, bringing in firewood, shoveling snow, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive attitude and focus on customer service
• Able to effectively communicate in English
• Basic computer skills
• Able to stand for prolonged periods, go up and down stairs and bend frequently
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds routinely

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
