General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales volume goals
  • Maximize efficiencies
  • Increase dealership profitability
  • Ensure exceptional customer service/CXI
  • Provide accurate reporting to Dealer Principal
  • Direct/monitor all department managers
  • Communicates policies/procedures & ensures they are being followed
  • Provide enthusiastic leadership
  • Have fun & enjoy the brand!

General Manager Qualifications:

  • Seven years or more of progressive management experience
  • Recent dealership GM or GSM experience (3-7 years minimum)
  • Ability to hire, train, and manage dealership personnel
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Process driven approach
  • Developing budgets, setting goals, and measuring results for all departments

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage employees and operations of the Vehicle Sales Department.
  • Oversee & Manage Sales Floor staff and their tasks & responsibilities.
  • Manage all operations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Establish goals & targets daily, weekly, monthly
  • Ensure sales department achieves targeted levels of gross and net profit.
  • Have fun & enjoy the brand!

Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years progressive experience within a sales department of a motor vehicle dealership.
  • Prefer knowledge and experience with the sales of motorcycles or other powersports products, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
  • Valid motorcycle license.
