Overview:

We are currently seeking a Parts Counter professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in parts operations and possess strong retail sales skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing required parts
- Receive, locate, and distribute parts to technicians and customers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Provide pricing and availability information
- Process special orders and returns
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking parts and point of sales
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and vendors

Skills:

- Proficiency in retail math for pricing and calculations
- Knowledge of marine diagnostics to assist in part identification (preferred, but will train)
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-organized parts department
