Old Republic Title is developing an impressive commercial branch in downtown Salt Lake City, ran primarily by attorneys. The industry is fast paced and we need someone with attentiveness to detail and excellent customer service skills. We are looking for an attorney to join our team as an additional commercial escrow officer. Position is full-time. Salary is negotiable pending on experience. Full benefit package. ```Experience```
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
- Minimum of 1 years of experience practicing real estate law
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices
- Proficiency in legal drafting and writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
