Experience Variety Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced C-store Manager to oversee the operations of The Old Mountain Market locations in Sevierville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the C-stores' operations, including labor management, product ordering, inventory control, staffing, store coverage, facility maintenance, team training, and more.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Practice inventory control by tracking inventory numbers and creating weekly reports that are submitted to corporate.
• Provide guidance to the store level cashiers for each location by empowering them and providing confidence to conduct their job as leaders in the company.
• Implement inventory management strategies to control costs, minimize shrinkage, and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Complete weekly compliance in each location.
• Mange all vendor relations.
• Train each cashier (new and existing) at each location to be knowledgeable of all responsibilities they have and how to hold their Team Members accountable.
• Oversee weekly scheduling, labor hours and overtime hours. Work with the managers on scheduling and time management. Teach/ allow Managers to make decisions to adjust schedule, cut Team Members early, call Team Members to come in later than scheduled, swap shifts on their own to prevent going over allotted hours and preventing overtime.
• Monitor and maintain store facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Provide coverage at stores per call outs.
• Work job until all operational and administrative responsibilities are complete.
• Create, run and uphold a staffing pars report for each location.
• Participate in training with Human Resources to learn hiring manager responsibilities.

Must comply with all company policies and procedures. To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required. Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
