Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager to help oversee the operations of our establishment in conjunction with the owners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background beverage & food service management, with excellent leadership and customer service skills. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, help lead our FOH and wine / beverage programs while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the FOH
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
-Help to hire, train, and manage staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Implement strategies to grow the business, increase standards, and set us apart
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Manager in the hospitality or food service industry
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding guest expectations
- Proven track record of industry financial benchmarks
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Proficient in using POS systems and other relevant software applications
