· Greet guests in a friendly manner with a smile as they approach the counter.

· Answer all questions guests may have about the menu.

· Must have good working knowledge of the menu, food, cocktails, and beer.

· Makes basic cocktails and premeasures liquor with an XOX pourer.

· Responsible for filling ice bin, burning the ice, and keeping the ice bin clean and sanitized.

· Take drink and food orders, inquiring if the order is TO GO or if the guests will be dining in the Hook. Makes sure guests have everything they need for their meals, whether it’s TO GO or for inside dining. Anticipate guest needs.

· Prepare and serve beverages using recipes posted at the coffee station and smoothie station.

· Teamwork with cook for washing dishes and putting them away.

· Check with guests, to assure guest satisfaction of their meal.

· Responsible for keeping all products stocked. Counter items, snacks, liquor, beer, everything in the pepsi cooler, specialty coffee products, smoothie products, paper and plastic supplies, condiments, etc.

· Responsible for getting and bringing over products from the Trophy Room to restock.

· Rings drink and food orders into register, collects payment, and makes change. Never assume guest does not want their change!

· Responsible for making sure checks are accurate before collecting payment.

· Responsible for cleanliness in the dining area of food stations, the counter, tables, chairs, and floors throughout the day.

· Responsible for maintaining clean and organized work areas.

· Responsible for checking bathrooms for cleanliness and paper products and soap, replenish if needed.

· Responsible for taking out the trash at the end of the shift.

· Responsible for sweeping and mopping the dining area floors.

· Responsible for bussing and resetting tables after guests are finished.

· Responsible for entering tips, Z’ing out, and turning in all paperwork to the MOD before they leave.
