Old Hickory Buildings, LLC is a growing manufacturer of portable storage buildings operating over 700 sales locations and 35 factories across the US and Canada.

Job Summary: The Accounting Clerk position is responsible for assisting with the multi-cycle month end close process.

Essential Functions:

· Reconciling invoices to purchase orders

· Process employee credit card statements and expense reports

· Ensure invoices and related spending are according to company policies and procedures

· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as needed

· Process vendor payments for a group of related companies

· Various AP/AR reconciliations as assigned

· Files and maintains filing systems

· Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

·1-2 years of relevant work experience; some bookkeeping preferred

·NetSuite experience is preferred

·Adept at using Microsoft Office software programs and learning new programs

·Outstanding organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail

·Ability to meet deadlines

·Excellent written and verbal skills

·Possess a strong work ethic with precise attention to detail

Education: High school diploma required; some college or Associates Degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
