Requirements:Under the supervision of the Aquatic Director or Designee, the Swim Instructor is responsible for providing quality swim lessons adhering to National YMCA standards. This position requires the ability to demonstrate swimming skills, make sound judgments, and communicate effectively. The Swim Instructor will uphold the employee code of conduct and will ensure that all areas of the job responsibilities reflect the mission of the Old Colony Y, and the regulating agency. The Swim Instructor will display and encourage the character traits of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in the fulfillment of all job duties,
