Job Title: Experienced HVAC Installer / Lead Installer
Pay Range: $14.50 - $31.50 HR/ Depending on Experience Incentives!

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday 40 hours per week
Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Lead 2-man install crew.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check & Drug Screen
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment
- 3 years HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal certificate
- Proficient at residential and light commercial functional design and installations
- Equipment start up and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and diagrams
- Able to run, braze, and test line sets
- Able to run and test gas piping
- Correctly size, install, insulate, and seal ductwork
- Knowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codes
- Advanced Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings and ability to comply with all safety rules
- Experience training helpers & supporting install teams
- Excellent customer relation skills and open mind to think outside the box
- Willingness to invest time in training and classes
- Well organized and ability to work independently and as a team
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have or be able to obtain and maintain NATE certification
- Provide own hand tools
Desired Qualifications:
- Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School
- NATE Certifications
- Possess tools needed
