We are currently looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our amazing team! Old Bridge is a privately owned small animal hospital that has been serving the Woodbridge area for over 30 years. We offer wellness exams, routine vaccines, surgery, digital radiology, mobile ultrasound, in house and reference laboratory diagnostics, as well as boarding and grooming.

Responsibilities & Requirements
- Be punctual, reliable and dependable
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Receiving and processing transactions
- Cash handling
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Handling multi line phone system
- Have a positive attitude and a strong desire to create cooperative relationships with fellow employees
- Be willing to support team members in developing their skills and knowledge while increasing their own
- Provide high-quality compassionate care to clients in emotional distress
- Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes open to close shifts and Saturday rotations
- Want to have a tremendous amount of fun while working hard
