Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cashier/Food runner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to communicate effectively in a casual counter service setting
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) system
- Provide information about products, promotions, and services
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with restocking
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Experience in technical sales, appliance sales, or electronics sales is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions
