Job Mission: The Quality Analyst holds a safety sensitive position and assists with the day to day administration of Quality Improvement and Utilization Review programs. To assist in identifying the hospital’s top-Quality Improvement priorities and to work with the hospital leadership based upon the Utilization Review / Quality Improvement Plan. To coordinate and implement Medicare and HFAP quality improvement initiatives which may involve researching data; developing project plans, evaluating trends, monitoring quality improvement activities, and performing individual case review. To assist case managers/social workers with daily concurrent utilization review as needed. To assist with the daily Employee Health programs as needed. Additionally, to provide support for the Emergency Preparedness program.

Requires: Oklahoma or Multistate RN license. Current BLS Certification.

Occupational Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in health care quality improvement or related field; clinical operations and process management. Understanding of licensure and accreditation guidelines.

Specialty Knowledge Skills: Knowledge of statistics, data analysis/auditing, trending, and outcome measurements. Advanced computer skills. Ability to communicate effectively with medical staff, clinical and non-clinical personnel both verbally and in writing.
