Job Summary:

CMA/RMA Salary Range $16.00-$18.00
LPN Salary Range $20.00-$22.50

Job Summary: 
This position is primarily responsible for ensuring high quality andcontinuity in the provision of comprehensive primary medical care services. TheRMA/CMA/LPN is utilized in performing typical front and back office clinicalfunctions. The RMA/CMA /LPN is under the overall on-site supervision of the NeurologySupervisor. 
Environmental Hazards:
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood bornepathogens .
Physical Requirements: 
May carry items including medical records and medical supplies weighing less than 25 pounds for short distances. Ability to assist and lift, both adults and children. Ability to walk, hear, see, talk, lift, kneel, bend with or without reasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Requirements: 
-Valid Driver License required
- Current Registered MA/LPN licensure required in the state
of Oklahoma. 
- Current CPR certification

Skills, Proficiencies andKnowledge:
-Knowledge of all areas related to clinic workflow.
-Excellent customerservice skills and good communication skills.
-Ability to multi-task whileproviding good patient care.
-Good computer skills and ability to learn newcomputer systems as needed.
-Primary skills include verbal and writtencommunication with patients to promote continuity of care and follow-up as wellas daily retrieval and scanning/filing of clinical encounter forms and reports for use by clinic staff during patient careactivities.
Preferred:-Reception, scheduling, and medical records experience preferable.
-Experience with EPIC highly desirable.
