Job Summary:
As a member of the health care team, the Licensed Practical Nurse is primarily responsible forensuring high quality and continuity in the provision of comprehensive primarymedical care services. The Licensed Practical Nurse is utilized in performing typical front andback office clinical functions. The Licensed Practical Nurse is under the overall on-sitesupervision of the Nursing Supervisor.
Environmental Hazards:Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.

Physical Requirements:
Abilityto lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger,
grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required:
-Valid Driver License required
-/Licensed Practical Nurse licensurerequired in the state of OK
-Current CPR certification required.

Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge:
Knowledge of all areas related to clinicworkflow. Excellent customer service skills and good communication skills. Ability to multi-task while providing good patient care. Good computer skillsand ability to learn new computer systems as needed. Primary skills includeverbal and written communication with patients to promote continuity of careand follow-up as well as daily retrieval and scanning/filing of clinicalencounter forms and reports for use by clinic staff during patient careactivities.
Preferred: 
-Experiencein HIV primary care is preferred. 
-Bilingual translation skills a plus.
