Job Summary: | The Desk Operations Supervisor is a full-time position primarily responsible for coordinating and implementing the operation of service desks in the residence halls. This position is responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, and developing all desk clerk staff within single student housing (SSH). |

Position Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field. Six months of related work experience. Experience providing customer service in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree. Previous experience in college or university housing. Experience supervising undergraduate staff, experience in crisis management, ability to work cooperatively with a diverse student body, ability to work autonomously, demonstrated strong time management and organization skills. Experience managing a service desk or related operation, assessment and evaluation of policies and procedures, strong relational and communication skills with non-student constituents at the institution (parents, staff, campus partners, etc.). |
