The Candidate must have strong in person, telephone, and written communication skills as well as proficient computer knowledge. To be effective in this position, individual must exhibit an amenable personality with a good attitude, while showing persistence and patience in a polite manner. Requirements include a professional appearance, good customer service skills, and the ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday. Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Review Contracts
• Review Title work and satisfy title requirements
• Order Payoffs, Surveys, and Inspections
• Obtain information to assist in the real estate escrow and closing process
• Keep in contact with buyers/borrowers, sellers, real estate agents and lenders with updates regarding their closing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
