About the Oklahoma Athletic Center:

About the Role:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the OAC. You will provide strategic direction, oversee daily operations, and ensure a positive and profitable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of fitness professionals, including trainers, customer service representatives, and maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial goals, including membership growth and revenue generation.
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and program scheduling.
• Ensure a high level of customer service by creating a welcoming and supportive environment for members.
• Develop and implement marketing and membership campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Manage staff performance through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain a safe and clean facility that adheres to all health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales, membership growth, and profitability.
• Strong understanding of current fitness trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and fitness management software (a plus).

Pay: $55,694.95 - $69,600.36 per year
