JOB SUMMARY
The Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum seeks an experienced part-time team member passionate about building positive constituent relationships and using data to further the growth of the Memorial Museum and Memorial Marathon. As part of the Administrative Digital team, this key team member oversees the use of the constituent database by ensuring all donations, tickets, Lifetime Passes, fundraising campaigns and grants are correctly processed and documented. The Data & Analytics Manager collaborates with Administrative leadership team, Digital, Development, Finance, Marketing and Visitor Services staff to track and report data that can be used in strategic growth of the Memorial Museum.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Administers the constituent database and user training on it
· Creates and implements museum-wide processes for accurate constituent and program data collection and campaign progress tracking
· Generates customized reports and lists to support philanthropy, events, ticket sales, and marketing
· Manges Lifetime membership program for Family Members, Survivors, and First Responders
· Manages reports for leadership, including weekly fundraising dashboard, daily ticketing dashboard, and daily visitation
· Collaborates with staff to create and analyze measurements for all departments
· Provides updated lists and strategic insight into Museum and Marathon marketing
· Participates in in-house and special events
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years related work experience
· Expert knowledge of Excel and manipulating data sets
· Advanced knowledge of Power BI
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office

Will work in an office environment but should be flexible should responsibilities require work outside the office building. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
