ERSEA Coordinator(Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility, and Attendance)

About the position:
The ERSEA (Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility, and Attendance) Coordinator ensures OCCDA’s compliance with all regulations per applicable performance standards. The ERSEA Coordinator works with the HS/EHS/ECEAP Program Director to implement enrollment systems. The ERSEA Coordinator plans and provides training on enrollment systems, policies, and procedures for agency employees and community partners. Responsible for ensuring enrollment and eligibility determination meets timelines.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Required Education and Experience:
AA Degree in studies related to this position, with 1 year experience in a Head Start/ECEAP program
OR 2 years relevant experience
OR combination of College and Education
The position is 40 hours per week for 52 weeks per year with a starting salary of $22.71.
