Oka's Auto Body is Hiring a Parts Coordinator Near Waipahu, HI

Duties will include, but are not limited to, checking and receiving parts, following up on orders and deliveries, and monitoring credits/returns.

Communicates with vehicle owners, repairers, vendors, and insurance personnel when needed. Uses computers to order, track, receive parts and interact with computer software. Communicates with all other personnel involved in the repair process until repairs are complete. Ensures parts received are correct, assists by delivering parts to technicians.

Must enjoy working with people, being around cars and trucks, and find satisfaction in serving and making people happy. Have self-confidence, pride in work, and be a good communicator. Be physically fit to lift, bend, and work with chemicals. Must have patience, be creative, and be a problem solver. Be willing to work as a team player and research repair information as needed. Enjoy constant challenges.

Pre-Employment Education and Experience

Computer skills, being able to research parts online using different programs to ensure correct parts are ordered, read and understand manufacturer's procedures, and refinish material characteristics. A high school education is expected with automotive training a plus. This position usually follows experience in ordering, shipping, receiving and maintaining parts.

Current driver’s License.

You will be required to work Monday through Friday 40 hours a week!
