Position: Waiter/Waitress

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Key Responsibilities:

2. Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items, specials, and promotions.
3. Take accurate and detailed orders, considering any special requests or dietary restrictions.
4. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate food service.
5. Deliver orders to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet the highest standards.
6. Check in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
7. Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests for additional items or services.
8. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
10. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
