OISO BBQ is looking for multiple servers to join our team. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about authentic Texas style BBQ and are committed to providing exceptional customer service to our patrons.

Salary: $10 - 30 per hour including tips

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking food and drink orders
• Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions guests may have
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Collaborating with kitchen and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
