Oiles America Corporation, an innovator in self-lubricating bearing technologies, is seeking a 1st shift EPC Inspection/Sorter between the hours 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM for our North Carolina facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible to conduct thorough inspections of finished product per customer specifications to ensure that 100% of product shipped to customer meets quality requirements. Qualification Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Previously related experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This job requires a basic command of the English language
Ability to read/interpret basic work instructions and other written directions
Ability to multi-task
Ability to perform basic math functions
As needed, the ability to use basic inspection gages/jigs
Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours at sorting station (at times 2-3 hours longer overtime is required)
Must be able to bend and/or stoop to pick up and set down product/boxes
Must be able to lift up to approximately 35lbs unassisted
Must be able to operate hand pallet jack to transfer boxes to designated area
Essential Functions
Perform routine finished part inspections per priority
Perform inspections and sorts at established rate based on part requirement
Perform other duties related to sorting as directed by QC Manager or QC Inspector
Accurately complete all required paperwork relative to each sort job
Communicate with QC Inspector or QC Manager of any issues or concerns
Set up and operate visual inspection machine
