Oiles America Corporation, an innovator in self-lubricating bearing technologies, is seeking a 1st shift EPC Inspection/Sorter between the hours 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM for our North Carolina facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible to conduct thorough inspections of finished product per customer specifications to ensure that 100% of product shipped to customer meets quality requirements. Qualification Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previously related experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• This job requires a basic command of the English language
• Ability to read/interpret basic work instructions and other written directions
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• As needed, the ability to use basic inspection gages/jigs
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours at sorting station (at times 2-3 hours longer overtime is required)
• Must be able to bend and/or stoop to pick up and set down product/boxes
• Must be able to lift up to approximately 35lbs unassisted
• Must be able to operate hand pallet jack to transfer boxes to designated area

Essential Functions

• Perform routine finished part inspections per priority
• Perform inspections and sorts at established rate based on part requirement
• Perform other duties related to sorting as directed by QC Manager or QC Inspector
• Accurately complete all required paperwork relative to each sort job
• Communicate with QC Inspector or QC Manager of any issues or concerns
• Set up and operate visual inspection machine
