Job Overview:
This full time position primarily entails afternoon dispatching with morning employee training and road supervising responsibilities and duties. Good decision making and communication skills are required with the ability to multi-task. A sound work ethic, the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information in a professional manner, and computer literacy are necessary, a is a valid CDL with passenger endorsement and knowledge of the service area.
Days and work hours will generally be Tuesday through Saturday with hours being 9am-6pm, but may be altered on occasion depending on the assigned work task.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Provide proper instructional training and direction to operators and other employees in areas such as, but not limited to, OVRTA policies and procedures, vehicle familiarization, safe driving practices, schedule adherence and customer service.
