Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative (OVEC) is Hiring a Grant Writer Near Shelbyville, KY
Job Summary: Research, develop, draft and submit grant applications. Keep OVEC program directors informed of grant opportunities. Attend meetings to learn about grant requirements. Assist in the completion of annual performance reports and/or continuing grant applications. Maintain records and databases for grant applications and fundraising initiatives. Assist with additional development tasks, such as special events, major gifts, online fundraising, and direct mail.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree required, Master?s Degree preferred. Experience in writing competitive grant applications required. Successful candidate must have strong communication, writing, research, technology, and organizational skills, and must have ability to attend to details. Candidate must also be proficient in the use of current software programs such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Compensation: $55,687 - $69,151 Based on Education and Experience.
