Ohio Valley Dermatology is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Marietta, OH

Busy Dermatology office looking for outgoing, hard working, individuals who work well as a team.

Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone.

Checking patients in/out.

Collecting co-payments and outstanding balances.

Confirming proper documentation is in patient charts.

Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information at each visit.

Scanning patient ID's and insurance cards into patient's charts.

Schedules any necessary appointments after completion of patient visit.

Assist with maintaining office cleanliness.

Able to multi-task, and work independently on assigned tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $11.50-12.00 per hour depending on experience

Experience:

  • Organizational skills: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Typing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: In person

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Must Be Willing to travel between Marietta and Cambridge office.
