Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our social media and marketing strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement with our target audience. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Conduct research on industry-related topics to generate ideas for content creation
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and contests
Skills:
- Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for creating visually appealing graphics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop relationships with influencers and manage influencer partnerships
- Experience in video editing and photography is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and strategies
