Ohio Gastroenterology Group, Inc. is Hiring a Recruiter Near Columbus, OH
- Using ATS, posting positions, screen through candidates, write notes from phone screens and in-person interviews, and other tasks related to recruiting
- Talking with department managers about their recruiting needs and other candidates that we have sent them.
- Running personality tests, background checks, drug tests, checking people’s references
- Handling the HR billing every month
- Handling HR/recruiting projects including brochures, pamphlets and other miscellaneous projects (i.e. graphs)
- Posting jobs onto other job boards, researching best recruiting practices, watching webinars
- Helping with other HR projects
- HR Duties include: new hire orientation/on-boarding, benefits, I-9, handbooks, job descriptions, floor plans, salary surveys, employment poster checks, FMLA and engagement letters
- 5 years of experience preferred.
- Bachelor in Business Management, HR, or a related field required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PM.
- Problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail and organized.
- Able to be patient and cooperative.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Consistent and resourceful.
- Good interpersonal skills and is self-aware. • Strong integrity
