Job Description:

Barback/Busser ensuring bartenders/servers are well equipped and service, as well as accomodating bartender/servers with everything needed to ensure a smooth service.

Responsibilities include:

Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing the bar top and cocktail tables.
Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing.
Clean up spilled food, drink and broken dishes immediately, and remove empty bottles and trash.
Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work, and equipment maintenance.
Re-stocking work areas to support the bartenders.
Running drinks to tables for our guests.
Washing and maintaining bar glassware.
Accurately pouring beer and wine for bartenders when they are impacted.
Fill beverage and ice dispensers. Stock refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer, and replace empty beer kegs.
Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, and equipment in food service areas and other areas of the bar.
Wipe tables and seats with sanitizing cloths, and replace dirty tablecloths.
Garnish foods/drinks, and position them on tables to make them visible and accessible.
Mix and prepare flavors for mixed drinks.
Cutting garnishes for bar use.

Qualifications:

Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
Minimum of 1-year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required.
Customer service focused and solution-oriented.
Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on our restaurant needs.
