Quality-Focused Quarterback —Machine Operator

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour with a 1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift. 90, 180, and 270 day probationary periods with a possible .50 pay increase at the end of each probationary period. 2-3 years experience required. $2,000 sign on bonus after successful reviews.

You possess unique skills that we need. Not many people can focus on details while also seeing the big picture. And, some people can’t act quickly to solve problems. But, YOU ... you’re an independent thinker who can quarterback a team as well as you can operate a machine (both computer-controlled and mechanically based). You love how machines work, know at what level they should perform, and understand how to fix them.

Your official title is “Machine Operator” as you lead a line of team members, all working toward the same goal: producing high-quality, safe food products. After you’re properly trained, you call the shots to help the company reach impressive goals. You may also be crossed-trained on other machines for future advancement.

Safety is critical for us. That means your previous machine operator experience is used daily (even minute-by-minute) to follow vital safety procedures, including lock-out tag-out, electrical, etc. We’re looking for all shifts so, together, we’ll find the right fit for you.

• You have a high school diploma
• You may have food industry experience (not required)
• You are comfortable in a humid, warm working environment
• You can stand for an entire shift and can lift up to 50 pounds
• You can pass a pre-employment screening for drugs that could negatively affect job performance
