OH ASU Enterprise Partners Outreach Hub is Hiring a Sun Devil Rewards Student Assistant Near Tempe, AZ

Sun Devil Rewards Student Assistant The ASU Outreach Hub is dedicated to connecting more constituents in impactful ways using data-derived insights, integrated and collaborative approaches and advanced outreach techniques in support of the ASU Public Enterprise. The ASU Outreach Hub, a suite of services in support of ASU academic units and operating enterprises related to marketing, alumni engagement, and philanthropic outreach, is seeking a Sun Devil Rewards Student Assistant. This position will perform varied tasks in support of the success of Sun Devil Rewards, a program within the Alumni Engagement team with ASU Enterprise Partners (ASUEP). Sun Devil Rewards is Arizona State University’s mobile engagement and loyalty app for students, alumni, and other audiences. This position will report to the Senior Coordinator of Sun Devil Rewards and will work 15-25 hours per week during the fall and spring semester with extended hours during the summer, spring, and winter breaks. What you’ll do: Responsible for catalog management; including but not limited to the processing, coordination, distribution, and redemption of rewards, on-site inspection of inventory, and preparing and maintaining weekly excel files and reports for internal processing and accurate tracking per established protocols Fulfills experiential rewards via logistical planning with unit offering the experience Initiates courier requests and mail redeemed rewards using department FedEx account or U.S.P.S.; determines best carrier based on cost, timing, and reward value Answers customer service inquiries and feedback pertaining to the program, fulfillment, and technical issues using Salesforce Service Cloud and Sun Devil Rewards social media channels Monitors customer outreach identifying frequently asked questions (FAQs); develops boilerplate language to address FAQs efficiently Performs daily quality assurance checks; immediately reports malfunction or bugs via Jira Schedules in-app content via content management system and push notifications Prepares prize packs and gift bags; makes online purchases as directed by supervisor and in accordance with policy Assists with promotional activities at various university events Documents processes and updates documentation as needed Participates in on-campus events and special projects as needed Other duties as assigned What you'll need: Willingness to learn and ability to work well with others Comfort with digital environments and digital experiences Collaborative style, combined with the ability and desire to work in a team-based environment Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and responsibility regarding information related to Enterprise Partners, its subsidiaries and University business and confidential prospect information Strong and collegial interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing, and by phone Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Problem solver who can take initiative and set priorities while being flexible Team-oriented strategist able to effectively manage complex situations involving numerous and sometimes competing constituencies Ability to represent the institution well An advocate’s belief in the vision of ASU as the New American University High attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assigned duties Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects Adept at navigating complex environments with evolving priorities and communication plans Relevant qualifications: A current student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Social Sciences, or related field Prior customer service experience Preferred Education and Experience: Content management systems experience Preferred Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of Sun Devil Rewards, Salesforce Service Cloud, FedEx Shipping/Returns, Google Docs, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Benefits: Hybrid work schedule.
