The Jefferson, Washington D.C. is currently recruiting for a Food Runner/Utility Steward to join our highly acclaimed and award winning Food & Beverage team.

Qualifications: 

• At least two years of experience in a luxury hotel restaurant or gourmet restaurant. 
• Move easily throughout the restaurant and kitchen carrying full trays of food and beverages. 
• Know and understand banquet event orders and the accompanying terminology. 
• Stable work history with good references. 
• Ability to speak read and write Basic English. 
• References that indicate attention to detail and reliability. 
• Excellent guest services orientation. 
• Meet the performance demands of this position with regard to walking, standing, balancing, bending, climbing, reaching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 75-100 lbs.
