We are seeking a skilled General Contractor to oversee construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of construction as well as has their own tools and reliable transportation.
Duties:
- Manage all phases of the construction process, from planning to completion
- Estimate project costs and timelines accurately
- Communicate progress updates to partners and managers.
- Maintain quality control throughout the project
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools

- Experience in plumbing, electrical work, trim carpentry, masonry, tile laying, or restoration
- Knowledge of construction management principles
